The Manfrotto 244Micro Friction Arm is an amazing variable arm for video, photo, and cine applications. Optimized to support loads up to 3 kg/6.6 lb the interchangeable 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch adapters mount to just about anything with the appropriate receiver.
